All the reception staff are friendly and very helpful, and the maintenance team are quick to answer requests. The rooms are also great. Any students in Manchester should definitely consider living here!"

"Four of my five years in Manchester have been spent in Njoy accommodation. Great quality rooms and good value for money. The common areas are always kept clean and well equipped with foosball, pool, table tennis and a home cinema set up. The staff are always super friendly and exceedingly helpful, accommodating and quick to help resolve any issues that may arise."

"Lived in this accommodation for 3 years as it was that good! Rooms are decently sized and priced, along with regular cleaners. Staff here are always really nice and will help with any queries or problems had in a nice manner. Special shout out to Caretaker Ged and Katie from the front office who genuinely made my experience here amazing. Always helped me (even if it was for minor things) when I needed it and truly are amazing assets to this accommodation!

"Having lived here for a while in both Langdale Hall and Carfax court, I can say that it's a great place to live. Having looked round at other halls/places to live, this seems to be by far the most affordable especially as all bills are included. The space allows you to choose how social you'd like to be whilst also giving you the space to be alone. Most maintenance issues are resolved quickly and staff are always nice and friendly. Never had any issues with anyone living there/sharing the flat, and the building is close to bus stops to get around, shops and 2 parks. Langdale Hall/blocks also have access to green space which is great, especially during the summer time and the cleaner always does a good job. Would definitely recommend living here."
