They both have catered to every one of my needs and are genuinely the best people. Whenever I see them they never fail to bring me a smile and a good energy to the place!!!"

"Honestly a fantastic place to live! I didn't enjoy my time in university halls, they were too noisy, dirty, and dark. In second year I moved here and never looked back. The building is beautiful, I feel like im living in a place too fancy to be a student Hall. There's a big garden, and they keep it well maintained with flowerbeds that spring beautiful roses every March/April. The staff are also lovely, they always say hello and are super friendly and helpful if you ever have problems. The maintenance team are great too, they come and sort any problems in your flat as soon as possible, usually on the same or next day. I would rate them 6 stars if I could."

"I lived in one of Njoy's Naburn and Welby street houses for 2 years of my degree and loved it. The house itself was spacious and modern and far nicer than any other student house I've seen! All the staff are brilliant and genuinely care about your wellbeing. The maintenance staff were great and issues were addressed quickly through the online form."

"This accommodation for students is amazing! Everyone is really friendly. The staff in the office are really nice and helpful and are happy to chat to you about anything, any worries you may have and they will happily listen. The caretaker is also very nice, he will help you with any issues you may have in your accommodation and will get it sorted as soon as possible."
