a year now and it's been the safest and most comfortable I have felt in all accommodations I've lived in. Wish I had found this little gem in my first year. "I have lived here for one academic year and have enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't consider looking for an alternative for next year. I live in a studio and it is very spacious, well furnished and quiet enough for me to get work done if I do study from home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to students and maintenance issues are attended to extremely quickly that you are barely inconvenienced. I love walking around the garden in the warmer months and the bright flowers at the entrance always make my day when I get home in the spring and summer."

"Having lived here for a while in both Langdale Hall and Carfax court, I can say that it's a great place to live. Having looked round at other halls/places to live, this seems to be by far the most affordable especially as all bills are included. The space allows you to choose how social you'd like to be whilst also giving you the space to be alone. Most maintenance issues are resolved quickly and staff are always nice and friendly. Never had any issues with anyone living there/sharing the flat, and the building is close to bus stops to get around, shops and 2 parks. Langdale Hall/blocks also have access to green space which is great, especially during the summer time and the cleaner always does a good job. Would definitely recommend living here."
